- Villa Plenilunio strongly suggests to all the wedding planners and clients to arrange the permit with the Local Banjar & Police for the usage of any fireworks or fire shows
- Check-in Time: 2 PM and Check-out time 11AM.
- The booking will be recognized as "confirmed" once the 50% deposit of the total invoice has occurred
- The balance of the total amount must be paid within 30 days prior to check-in date, Villa Plenilunio reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled if any part of the balance remains unpaid by the due date, payments can be made by bank transfer or cash
- Presence of children and infants has to be communicated before confirming the reservation
- Security deposit of IDR 15.000.000 is required. Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good and clean condition. Guests are obliged to partake in payments for damages, breakages or losses that they are responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Plenilunio reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hiring members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess
- The number of persons occupying a bedroom villa must not exceed the maximum number stated in the room description unless by prior arrangement. Everyone occupying the room villa must be listed in the booking information, including small children. The accommodation cannot be shared or sublet and only the persons shown in the booking form are permitted to stay in the property
- Villa Plenilunio reserves the right to refuse any venue booking
- Failure to comply will render the booking void and no compensation will be paid
